How are packages shipped?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship to everyone?
Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are some places we cannot ship to. If you are in one of those countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages will be sent to you and that you receive personalized rates when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
My follow-up says "no information is available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on the tracking number, contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you don't receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must not have been used.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors in your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of My WordPress (for example, not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .
- Other exceptional circumstances beyond the control of

If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days
EXCHANGES
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I cannot believe a denim leash this nice is so cheap. It's the best leash we've used yet and we've tried quite a few. We got the 4ft leash for our puppy and it's the perfect length with enough slack for her to grow into. Handle is comfortable and the leash looks and feels sturdy. We've already had a couple friends ask where we got ours so they can buy one too. Give it a try, for the price and the quality you won't regret it.
Love the color. It's a neutral color and for boys or girls. I bought it as a gift for my daughter's dog. They use it everyday. We also bought the matching collar in a large size. It's a little big still but it's cute.

Perfect size
This leash is exactly as described. I have used it for a month and it still looks brand new. I did have to wash it once and it came out, again, like new. I have had so many leashes over the years, and I think this is one of the best. Happy with this purchase.
